On the second level ( 4th floor) is a bedroom with a king-size bed, another living room with a sofa bed, private bathroom, cable TV, AC, safe box and two terraces, one with a hammock.
From here you can go to a small "extra" room with a matrimonial (DOUBLE) bed, but without private bathroom, AC or TV.
If you feel adventurous, climb the ladder to the roof top, and you can enjoy the beautiful view over-looking Playa Del Carmen, the expanse of the beautiful Caribbean Sea, sunrises, sunsets and stars at night.
